And I'm thinking about buying a new camera. I were looking at a Canon EOS 1000D. Anyone got any good/bad comments about that camera? I've seen some different test and the 1000D seems to be the best in its class ;) ..

Hey there, i just wanted to stop by and tell you how much i appreciate you taking the time to closer examine my work and to write a critique. You have done perhaps one of the best things one can do for an artist, and for that, i am extremely grateful! :tighthug:

Yes, you made many important points in the piece, and actually, the small black borders is something I had overlooked unfortunately....I will do my best to improve that area of the photo. But actually, it wasn't clipped from another photo. this is a singular image with post processing...So im not too sure how to correct the black borders, but then again, all my Photoshop skills came from exploration and curiosity, so hopefully I will be able to figure it out. But just to ask, have any ideas on how I might be able to correct it?

No problem at all. That's really what makes me really loves doing critiques :) .

The border kind of made it look like it was clipped, but since my photoshop experience comes from exploration and curiosity, I have no idea how to correct it :) ..
